Thanks to its unique, sliding dropouts, the Jackal frame can be built with gears or as a singlespeed. The cleverly designed, asymmetrical yoke helps keep the chainstays incredibly robust and extremely short. With a frame that seems built to last forever and yet weighs only 2.28 kg, the Santa Cruz Jackal is one of those rare things that needs no justification whatsoever.
