  • The above-mentioned accessories and services, worth €288, are only available with bikes that are not discounted . This means all bikes offered at the manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP).
  • With every discounted bike , you'll receive a FREE Unleazhed M01 Mudguard . The other components of the Care Package are NOT included.
  • Gravel bikes and racing bikes are excluded from the Care Package.
  • The FREE suspension service is valid for 12 months from the invoice date.
  • You'll find the item "Care Package" on your bike's invoice. You can use this invoice to arrange your suspension service with us.

The scope of services

  • Small fork service

    • Initial inspection for damage & acceptance of the setup
    • Disassembly of the immersion tube assembly & thorough cleaning in the parts washer
    • Replacing the oil and dust wipers
    • Assembly using the best lubricants
    • Functional test

  • Minor shock absorber service

    • Initial inspection for damage & acceptance of the setup
    • Disassembly of the air chamber & thorough cleaning in the parts washer
    • Replacing the air chamber seals
    • Assembly using the best lubricants
    • Functional test

The process

  • Appointment request

    You request an appointment with us using the purchase invoice for the bike, which includes the "Care Package" item.

  • Hand over the chassis to us

    Once we have arranged the appointment, you send us your suspension at your own expense or bring it to the 2-Cycle Shop.

  • Service execution

    Our experienced team will carefully perform the minor fork and shock service.

  • Chassis returned

    Once the service is complete, you will receive the shipping information for the package or a notification for pickup.

The frame protective film

  • Information

    • Transparent frame protective film
    • 150 µm thick
    • Robust, UV and weather-resistant film
    • Maximum protection against scratches and protection against mechanical damage

  • Dimensions

    The frame protection film is 21 cm wide (+/- 0.5 cm) and 200 cm long. The frame protection film must be cut to size and applied. The dimensions are sufficient to cover all important areas of the frame.

  • Delivery

    The frame protection film is included in the bicycle box or will be delivered to you as a separate package.
