Bike collection with VAT refund

1️⃣ Select a bike

• Get advice or order your desired bike with the collection shipping option .
• Payment online: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Shop Pay, Klarna.
• Payment on site: Cash, debit & credit card.
2️⃣ Pick-up in Freiburg

• We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection .
• Arrange your pick-up appointment .
• You will receive the export certificate upon collection.
• German VAT (19%) is initially included in the price.
3️⃣ Import into Switzerland

• Fill out the export certificate and have it stamped by German customs.
• Have the invoice stamped by Swiss customs.
• You will receive a receipt from Swiss customs confirming the payment of Swiss VAT.
4️⃣ Get German VAT back

• Send us all the documents from step 3 by post or email . After review, we will refund you the German VAT amount.
