Bike collection with VAT refund

1. Select bike

• Complete your order using the " Pick-up " shipping option .
• You can pay via PayPal , credit card , bank transfer or Shop Pay when placing your order.
• On site you can pay in cash or with debit and credit cards .
2. Pickup in Freiburg

• You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection .
• Arrange a collection appointment .
• You will receive an export certificate upon collection.
• You will initially pay German VAT as well.
3. Introduce the bike

• Fill out the export certificate and have it stamped by German customs.
• Have the invoice stamped by Swiss customs.
• You will receive a receipt from Swiss customs confirming the payment of Swiss VAT.
4. Get German VAT back

• Send us all the documents from step three by post or email. After receiving the documents , we will transfer the amount to you .
