For the initial assessment, you can simply drop by (preferred), call, or send an email. For the necessary workshop services, we'll need to schedule an appointment so the mechanic can work on your bike undisturbed and any necessary spare parts can be ordered in time. We always coordinate everything to minimize your downtime – often just 24 hours!

For quick repairs, we often have time immediately and will help you whenever possible!

We usually work quite quickly! Repairs are always scheduled for a specific day, and your bike is typically ready for pickup the next day. For example, if you've booked a workshop appointment for Tuesday, bring your bike by 11:00 AM at the latest, or even the day before. You can then pick it up again on Wednesday morning, after just 24 hours! Of course, if we need to order parts for the repair, it might take a little longer. If you're dropping your bike off at our workshop in Todtnau, please note that more extensive repairs are carried out in Freiburg, and we'll need to allow extra days for transporting your bike.

Yes! We repair all makes and models and want to serve all customers, regardless of where the bicycle was purchased. However, we make one exception: We do not work on bicycles of very low quality (e.g., "DIY store bikes"), as we would not be able to offer a warranty on our work in such cases.

Yes! We will gladly process your warranty claim, provided we carry the relevant manufacturer. These include: Santa Cruz Bicycles, Trek, Focus Bikes, Shimano, Bosch, Brose, Fox, Rock Shox, SRAM, and many more. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a processing fee for warranty claims on products not purchased from us.
