We will refund the purchase price including shipping costs. You will be charged for the return shipping costs. You can find more detailed information in our cancellation policy .

Request bike return

The bike can be picked up from you between 8am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Please send us an email with your order number and your desired collection date to info@2-cycle.de .

You will then receive a shipping label from us. Our driver will pick up the bike from you on the agreed day.
Once the bike has arrived at our facility, it will be inspected and you will receive a refund.

Please pack the bike securely for transport and attach the shipping label clearly to the package.

You will receive the shipping label in response to your email.

Drop off the package at a DPD parcel shop. Once your return has arrived, the item will be inspected and you will receive a refund.
