Perfect geometry

Precision down to the millimeter

Shifting the VPP pivot points by just a few millimeters results in noticeable changes to ride quality. The lower VPP link is now positioned lower and further forward to optimize anti-squat. The result is a smooth, free-flowing ride with ample traction.

150mm VPP travel

The latest generation of the Hightower has slightly more travel (150mm rear / 160mm front) to expand its capabilities even further. An active yet efficient platform allows you to conquer the highest peaks, with enough travel to enjoy every descent.

The Hightower's appearance has changed radically. However, the goal wasn't to satisfy a designer's ego or to stand out, but simply to move the position of the lower link and the shock absorber downwards and forwards to reduce anti-squat for a radically improved ride feel.

Glovebox

Pack what you need under the sturdy flap in your downtube. The bike comes standard with a "Tool Wallet" and "Tube Purse," so you have everything quickly at hand.

What is anti-squatting?

Anti-squat stiffens the suspension when pedaling. Simultaneously, it pulls the chain backward with each compression. Too little anti-squat, and the suspension rocks while pedaling. Too much anti-squat, and the suspension is less able to absorb bumps under load. We've worked hard to improve the anti-squat effect on our bikes and reduce its value. The result is more traction and more riding fun.

The linkage and axles ensure optimal performance for many years. The entire construction is robust, reliable, and easy to maintain. Furthermore, the original owner benefits from free rear suspension bearings for life. We use only the highest quality sealed Enduro MAX bearings and very high-quality screws and small parts. The bearings are easy to service and inspect. We offer free rear suspension bearings for life to all original owners.
