Developed on our World Cup downhill bike and further refined in the elite class since 2022, our modular dropout system offers every rider the opportunity to precisely adjust handling and geometry – just like our pros do.

Whether you race, freeride , or simply want more control over your bike – this system offers a level of fine-tuning that you won't find on most bikes.
With the interchangeable dropouts, you can precisely adjust the chainstay length and rear wheel configuration to your terrain, style, and goals.

Setting ranges:

• 27.5" rear wheel: 435 mm – 460 mm (in 5 mm increments)
• 29" rear wheel: 450 mm – 460 mm (in 5 mm increments)
• Each frame is shipped with the recommended dropout and wheel configuration for its size.
• Additional dropout options can be added, so you can adjust your setup at any time.

The straight 56 ​​mm head tube offers maximum flexibility in cockpit design.
With a ZS56–ZS56 or ZS56–EC56 press-fit headset, you can use various reach-adjust and angle-adjust headsets .

Reach adjustments of ±5 mm are possible with a single-crown fork or ±10 mm with a DH fork .
The steering angle can also be individually adjusted – from steep to super-slack, entirely to your liking.

The proven engine cover design from our last model has been retained – with a stable, one-piece construction that also serves as a bash guard / skid plate .
The shape also offers more ground clearance in the area of ​​the bottom bracket.

Made from PA66 (Nylon 66) – a recyclable high-performance plastic that impresses with its high stiffness, durability and temperature resistance .
This allows us to combine maximum performance with more sustainable material use .
